How to Deal with Tiredness
Nowadays with the faster pace of life, almost everyone feels tired more or less. Too much
tiredness can seriously affect our physical and mental well-being. A major challenge is to learn how
to deal with tiredness.
As far as I am concerned, there are many ways that help to ease tiredness. To begin with, I
solve my tiredness problem by having enough sleep and rest. I take necessary breaks during my
study to have fun and relax. Then, exercise such as running, playing football, swimming, and even
walking can really release tiredness. Thirdly, I always remember to eat green vegetables instead of
greasy foods which block the energy channels.
The ways above help me to deal with tiredness effectively.

Possible version:
One sunny day his mother wheeled him out into the yard to get some fresh air. This day, instead
of sitting there, he threw himself from the chair. He pulled himself across the grass, dragging his
legs behind him. He worked his way to the white fence. With great effort, he raised himself up on
the fence. Then he began dragging himself along the fence, resolved that he would walk. He started
to do this every day until he wore a smooth path all around the yard beside the fence. There was
nothing he wanted more than to develop life in those legs.
Ultimately through his strong determination, he did develop the ability to stand up. His daily
massages and his iron persistence helped him to walk haltingly—and then to walk by himself—and
then to run. He began to walk to school, then to run to school, to run for the sheer joy of running.
This determined young man who was not expected to survive, who would surely never walk, who
could never hope to run ran the world’s fastest mile! He created a miracle with his strong
determination.

M: Don’t bother me. I just stayed up for the World Cup last night.
W: But I heard that this year’s games are not as brilliant as the ones in Germany.
M: Are you kidding me? Women just never understand football. You are only following suit.
W: Well, whatever, but I think basketball is more popular in China.

But just having a try won’t kill you.

M: You got it. I prefer McDonald’s and I know there’s one nearby.
W: Not McDonald’s. I’ve had a bad experience with them, which I’d rather not talk about because
it makes me sick.
M: Alright alright. So McDonald’s seems to be out of the question. And how about Japanese food?
I know the best sushi restaurant in town.
W: Well, I wouldn’t say no.

W: I can’t believe you just said that. I don’t suppose she’s the one to blame.
