Zhong Nanshan is an ordinary but great man who has been working in the medical field for
over 50years.
In 2003, when the SARS epidemic broke out, Zhong Nanshan not only took the lead but also
took an active part in the battle against SARS. In 2020, despite his advanced years,Zhong Nanshan
continued his work in fighting against COVID-19 outbreak in Wuhan,Hu- bei Province. Devoted
to the medical cause,he is a selfless man in the patients’eyes and a kind medical professor in his

The Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics saw the rise of new generation sports stars, among whom
Su Yiming, a snowboarder, is my favorite.
Su began to learn snowboarding at the age of four under the influence of his parents. His talent
for snowboarding was so exceptional that he was elected into national training team in 2018. To
our delight, Su won China's first gold in snowboarding competition in the 2022 Winter Olympic
Games, and he became the youngest Winter Olympic champion in China. Besides, he has starred
in some films before.
It is his energy, passion for sports and persistence that I admire greatly. Meanwhile, his fluent
English in the interview also made a deep impression on me. I will pursue my sports and academic
